The BCBA Supervisor handles various clinical and administrative responsibilities to oversee ABA programs within the company. BCBAs coordinate and perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), design and supervise the implementation of behavior intervention plans to develop new behavioral, social, and daily living skills. They also train parents in positive behavioral intervention techniques, gather and analyze data, and provide feedback to behavior therapists.
The Behavior Therapist delivers one-on-one ABA therapy services in various settings such as the child's home, school, or other natural environments. They are responsible for teaching new behavioral, social, and daily living skills while effectively managing and reducing challenging behaviors. Behavior Therapists conduct discrete trials, collect empirical data to monitor the child's progress, and develop and organize teaching materials. Additionally, they provide parent training and maintain daily clinic notes, logs, and behavior tracking sheets.
Qualifications

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

BCBA Certification (and state license if applicable)

Ability to drive and access to reliable transportation

Experience delivering ABA services to children on the autism spectrum

Principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); a background in special education (SPED) or training in ABA is preferred

Child development, autism spectrum disorder, and related disorders; prior experience with special needs children is preferred
